Annual Support Contract for Telephone and Internet Support. This support contract enables telephone-based technical support, troubleshooting and system training for an individual person within the customer's organization for an entire year. Unlimited number of devices and systems. The support includes Monday - Friday (8am - 5pm Central Time) telephone & Internet support, which may include online meetings and troubleshooting while connected to the customer's system. Without a Support Contract, support is limited to email conversations.
