Single Instance Support Contract for Telephone and Internet Support. This support contract enables telephone based technical support, troubleshooting and system training for an individual person within the customer's organization for a single instance, for up to 1 hour for an unlimited number of devices and systems. The support includes Monday - Friday (8am - 5pm Central Time) telephone & internet support, which may include online meetings and troubleshooting while connected to the customer's system. Without a Support Contract, support is limited to email conversations.
